We provide marquee hire services for weddings, parties and corporate events across the East Midlands and beyond. This activity provides amazing side-by-side jobs where colleagues can be trained, supported and encouraged. We also offer events management and consultation services which enable us to provide an all-inclusive events package.
 
We have big future plans too! Crockery and glassware hire will bring in new, flexible jobs in a safe environment, and event catering offers exciting potential for giving employees the skills to thrive in the hospitality sector. Our vision is to grow a sustainable business that can sustain steady, year round employment for our team.
 
Over the next few years we are aiming to recruit and employ 30 individuals who are facing multiple barriers to work, providing them with a supportive employment context and then helping them to move forward in their careers.

A major way that we will achieve this is through the Living Life Index, a tool developed by Grace Enterprises to provide holistic support and help employees thrive in life.

Previous employees in Grace Enterprises businesses have included ex-homeless, ex-addicts and survivors of modern slavery, as well as refugees from Hong Kong and Ukraine.
